Clubs can only be started at the beginning of the academic year. Students need to submit their proposals during this time, and approved clubs can begin activities once the academic year officially starts.

No fees are collected for school activities, but there may be small fees for materials, events, or trips associated with certain clubs.

The school supports extracurricular activities by providing funding, resources, facilities, staff supervision, and scheduling time for activities during the regular school day.

Club meetings are scheduled regularly, communicated to members, and supervised by a faculty advisor. Students attend, participate, and contribute to discussions and planning. Class wise club events are planned to ensure the students get opportunities in various club events.

Students must enrol in only one club at a time (for each academic year), as the school limits participation to ensure focus and commitment.
